Each year on November 14, BTHR Solutions celebrates “Davenport Day.” It marks the day in 1976 that Bob Spiegelman founded Davenport Associates (the original incarnation of BTHR Solutions). It is especially noteworthy for us in 2010, as we’ve started a new chapter in our corporate history with the introduction of BTHR Solutions, the third company name following BeneTemps, and Davenport Associates. While we are excited by the positive reception for our new moniker and the expanding use of the full range of our services, we remain committed to the mission that we’ve embraced for over 34 years – ensuring the satisfaction of everyone we work with.
BTHR BeneTemps continues to play a critical role as our service devoted to meeting your contract staffing needs. For a wide range of employers throughout the US, BeneTemps has been the source for outstanding HR professionals since 1991 -- our new branding does not change this. In fact BTHR BeneTemps will carry the name forward as our contract HR staffing service, even as we work in all areas of the HR function: compensation, employee relations, staffing, employee benefits and more.
