Our client needs a Project Manager with SPD process experience to manage both the client and internal teams over the entire course of a given project.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the client and internal team through all phases of the implementation including discovery, design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, management and delivery
- Define and manage project plans
- Manage financials, customer satisfaction and project deliverables
- Execute communication process including internal status meetings, customer status meetings, internal project reviews, quarterly checkpoint meetings
Job Qualifications
- Minimum five years in a benefits role with specific project experience managing, writing, editing and updating SPD's
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Proven project management skills with hands on experience with MS project and a project methodology such as waterfall, concurrent critical path processing or iterative milestone management
- In-depth HR industry expertise and ability to leverage that expertise in customer situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
